This project includes the rehabilitation of 100 active sanitary sewer manholes or structures, identified within the Large Diameter Sanitary Sewer Condition Assessment Report. Rehabilitation may include the installation of corrosion-coating systems, structural inserts, and liner repairs throughout all parts of the existing manholes. In addition, bypass pumping may be required for select manholes, while the use of small-diameter flow-through plugs may be needed to complete the work.

Responses are due October 27, 2026 at 2:00 PM MST.

Questions must be submitted by October 16, 2026 at 12:00 PM MST.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for October 14, 2026 at 9:00 AM MST at Phoenix City Hall, 200 W Washington St., 8th Floor - Conference Room 8 East.
