What to write about

  • A listing that is wrong, expired or missing. The fastest route is the "Report" link on the bid page itself; it tells us which listing you mean. By email, include the BusyBids page URL, agency, solicitation number and suggested correction.
  • Your subscription. Subscription emails include unsubscribe and preferences links, so you can make changes without writing to us. If a link has stopped working, or you want a new one, tell us the address you subscribed with.
  • Your data. To request access, correction or deletion, email us with “Privacy request” in the subject and identify the address or business involved. When possible, write from the address concerned. We may need to verify your identity or authority before disclosing or changing account information. See our Privacy Policy for retention details and your choices. Unsubscribing does not delete account records.
  • An introductory email you did not ask for. Use its unsubscribe link, reply “not interested,” or email us to stop further outreach. You do not need an account or an explanation to opt out.
  • You represent an agency or rights holder. To request correction or removal, identify the listing or material, explain your connection to it and tell us what should change.
  • A source we should be reading. If your agency or region posts bids somewhere we do not cover, send the URL.

For eligibility, specifications, site visits, deadlines or bid submission, contact the issuing agency through the official solicitation. BusyBids cannot accept a bid, extend a deadline or give an authoritative interpretation of a solicitation.

Account security

Your personal account link acts as a credential. If you think someone else has it, contact us from your subscribed address and ask us to replace it. Do not include it in a public report or forward it to a colleague; use team invitations to give colleagues their own access. Do not send tax identification numbers, banking details or sensitive documents with a support request.

Response times

We prioritize access problems, opt-out requests and time-sensitive listing corrections. We aim to respond to privacy requests within 30 days and follow any applicable legal deadline. Account-verification steps do not apply merely to unsubscribing from marketing email.

This is not a continuously staffed procurement help desk. If a bid deadline is approaching, contact the issuing agency directly.
