The City Clerk of the City of Modesto, California, will accept all required bid forms electronically through the OpenGov Procurement portal prior to October 27, 2026 and before 11:00 AM, in accordance with the Contract Documents for the TUOLUMNE BOULEVARD PAVEMENT REHABILITATION project. The bid security, if being sent by mail, shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and filed with the City Clerk, Tenth Street Place, 1010 Tenth Street, Suite 6600, Modesto, California 95354, (Mailing Address: P.O. Box 642, Modesto, CA 95353) prior to the October 27, 2026 and before 11:00 AM with the outside of the bid envelope indicating: NAME AND ADDRESS OF BIDDER NAME OF PROJECT FOR WHICH BID IS SUBMITTED DATE AND TIME OF BID OPENING

Responses are due October 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM PDT.

Questions must be submitted by October 16, 2026 at 4:00 PM PDT.
