City of Napa Tree Maintenance Services

City of Napa - Parks & Recreation Department has issued request for proposal, solicitation 2025-RFP-081.

The City of Napa (“ City ”) requests proposals (“ Proposals ”) from qualified individuals or firms (individually, a “ Respondent ” and collectively, “ Respondents ”) for City of Napa Tree Maintenance Services (“ Project ”) by or before October 12, 2026, at 5:00 PM, via electronic submission through the procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofnapa, in the manner set forth in the Request for Proposal Procedures.

The Parks and Urban Forestry Division maintains or has maintenance jurisdiction over public trees and street trees throughout the City of Napa. This equates to approximant 35,000 trees, which includes trees located in parks, facilities and publicly owned property as well as street trees. This RFP aims to contract for the support of tree maintenance services of the above trees on an as needed basis. The City is a charter city located in Napa County, with an estimated population of 80,000. Additional information about the City is available online at www.cityofnapa.org.

Responses are due October 12, 2026 at 5:00 PM PDT.

Questions must be submitted by October 7, 2026 at 5:00 PM PDT.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for October 6, 2026 at 1:00 PM PDT at Virtual meeting with link to be set up prior to meeting and available on OpenGov.
