Landscape Maintenance Services - Mather Commerce Center

City of Rancho Cordova - Public Works has issued request for proposal, solicitation 45010-54153.

The City of Rancho Cordova, Department of Public Works, is seeking the submission of proposals from qualified contractors for the provision of Landscape Maintenance Services - Mather Commerce Center ("Project"). This RFP contains all of the information and documents necessary to prepare and submit a responsive proposal. Proposers are cautioned to read all of the documentation provided and will be responsible for complying with all requirements identified herein.

The City is home to more than 87,000 residents who have come to expect the highest quality public service in twenty-three (23) years of Cityhood. The City comprises more than thirty-five (35) square miles of land and is located in Sacramento County along the Highway 50 corridor, approximately twelve (12) miles east of the California State Capitol.

Responses are due October 1, 2026 at 3:00 PM PDT.

Questions must be submitted by September 17, 2026 at 4:00 PM PDT.
