Responses are due October 21, 2026 at 4:00 PM PDT.

Questions must be submitted by October 6, 2026 at 4:00 PM PDT.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for September 30, 2026 at 10:00 AM PDT at Thousand Oaks Transportation Center at 265 S. Rancho Rd..
