The Santa Cruz County, Department of General Services, Capital Projects Section (Capital Projects) is seeking qualified consulting firms (Consultants) to provide Professional Consulting Services on an on-call basis for building and facilities improvement projects. The response to this solicitation will be in the form of a Statement of Qualifications (SOQs). The performance period of is 3 years with the possibility of a 1-year extension for consultants performing satisfactorily.

The development and improvements of Santa Cruz County buildings and facilities allow for County departments' services to operate in a safe and productive manner. The Capital Projects team leads many of these improvements which often require various consulting services on an "on-call" or "as-needed" basis.

Responses are due October 16, 2026 at 4:00 PM PDT.

Questions must be submitted by September 28, 2026 at 4:00 PM PDT.
