P1-141 (Construction), ADMINISTRATIVE FACILITIES DEMOLITION

Orange County Sanitation District, CA - Procurement has issued invitation for bid, solicitation P1-141 (Construction).

This Project will demolish the Administration and Human Resources Buildings. This will include rerouting all fiber-optic communications and network systems to the Plant No. 1 Control Center; decommissioning of a Southern California Edison Company (SCE) transformer; removing hazardous waste materials; demolishing existing structures; cutting and capping utilities; performing site grading; installing lighting; and paving.

Responses are due September 29, 2026 at 11:00 AM PDT.

Questions must be submitted by September 15, 2026 at 5:00 PM PDT.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for August 26, 2026 at 9:00 AM PDT at A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Job Walk will be held in the GMO Conference Room at OC SAN’s Headquarters located at 18480 Bandilier Circle, Fountain Valley, CA 92708. This conference will include an overview of the Project and a job walk at Plant No. 1..
