Request For Quotes (RFQ) Window Covering Supply and Maintenance

Orange County Transportation Authority, CA - F&A-Contracts Administration and Materials Management has issued solicitation (attach a document), solicitation 260563.

The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites qualified firms to provide window covering supply and maintenance on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed usage. The budget for this effort is 35,000.00 for a three (3)-year term. This is not a prevailing wage contract. Please note that by submitting a Quote, Firm certifies that it is not subject to any Ukraine/Russia-related economic sanctions imposed by the State of California or the United States Government including, but not limited to, Presidential Executive Order Nos. 13660, 13661, 13662, 13685, and 14065. Any individual or entity that is the subject of any Ukraine/Russia-related economic sanction is not eligible to submit a Quote. In submitting a Quote, all Firms agree to comply with all economic sanctions imposed by the State or U.S. Government. Any questions or clarifications shall be submitted in writing no later than 4:00 p.m., September 28, 2026. The Authority will respond to all written questions by issuing a written addendum no later than October 1, 2026. JOB WALK- NOTE THIS IS NOT A MANDATORY JOB WALK: WE WILL BE MEETING IN THE LOBBY ON September 24, 2026 OCTA Main Office Building Lobby 600 South Main Street Orange, California 92868 10:00 a.m. An award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible Firm and shall be on awarded lump sum basis. By submitting a quote, Firm agrees to the terms and conditions as stated in Exhibit C, entitled “Orange County Transportation Authority General Provisions’ which by this reference incorporated herein. Firms should be aware that an award may be made without further discussion. The successful Firm will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity Laws and Regulations.

Responses are due October 13, 2026 at 11:00 AM PDT.

Questions must be submitted by September 28, 2026 at 4:00 PM PDT.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for September 24, 2026 at 10:00 AM PDT at OCTA Main Office Building Lobby 600 South Main Street Orange, California 92868 NOTE THIS IS NOT A MANDATORY JOB WALK-MEET IN THE LOBBY.
