Refer to Document 00 54 39.01 (Contract Time and Liquidated Damages) for additional details. 1.04 Estimate: The estimated cost of construction is. 1.05 License Requirements: California Class “ ” license is required at the time of Bid. 1.06 LBE Subcontracting Requirement: The Local Business Enterprise (LBE) subcontracting requirement is of the Contract Sum. 1.07 Pre-Bid Meeting: A virtual pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM, Pacific Time, on September 3, 2026, using Microsoft Teams video conferencing. Participation in the virtual pre-bid meeting is not mandatory but recommended. Completed Bids and required documents must be uploaded in Portable Document Format (PDF). Bids received after the Bid opening time will not be considered. All details for the preparation of Bids are set forth in Document 00 21 13 (Instructions to Bidders). Bidder shall transmit their original Bid Forms (Document 00 41 00) and original Bid security by U.S. Mail in a sealed envelope addressed to Brian Davidson, Contract Administrator, San Francisco International Airport, P.O. Box 8097, San Francisco, CA 94128, postmarked no later than October 2, 2026. Bids will be opened and read virtually using Microsoft Teams video conferencing.
