Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority - Engineering and Program Delivery has issued invitation for bid, solicitation C25134F Pre-Qual.

General work description: The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) will be soliciting an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for "Guadalupe Light Rail Vehicle Wash Improvements" (Project). Notice is hereby given that VTA is now soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from bidders (Bidders) with construction expertise to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, supervision, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace existing LRV Wash System located at Building F of the Guadalupe Division with a hybrid drive-through and gantry wash system.

This Request for Pre-Qualification of Bidders is intended to solicit information in the form of a qualification questionnaire and qualification statements. All Bidders that intend to submit a Bid for the Project must fully complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, provide all materials requested herein, and be approved by VTA in order to be included on the final qualified Bidders list. No bid will be accepted from a Bidder that has failed to comply with these requirements. If two or more firms submitted a SOQ as part of a Joint Venture, or expect to submit a SOQ as part of a Joint Venture, each entity within the Joint Venture must be separately pre-qualified. Responses are due October 2, 2026 at 2:00 PM PDT.
