The Pre-qualification of Bidders, as the prime contractor, must possess a California-issued Class A (General Engineering Contractor), C-8, C-10, and HAZ (Hazardous Substance Removal Certification). The license requirement applies either by itself or in conjunction with licenses held by subcontractors of any tier.

Responses are due October 29, 2026 at 2:00 PM PDT.
