The successful Proposer will be expected to execute the Construction Manager/General Construction Manager Contract (“CMGC Contract” or “Contract”) attached to this RFP. The Successful Proposer will execute the CMGC Contract for Preconstruction Services, and complete the Preconstruction Services within 240 calendar days after the date VTA issues the Notice to Proceed with the Preconstruction Phase. The scope of Preconstruction Services is contained in Appendix A: Scope of Services.
