Events DC intends to award a firm fixed price contract (“the Contract”) for the purchase of the Goods identified herein. The Base Term of the Contract will be from Date of Award through September 30, 2027, with four (4), one-year renewal options.

Responses are due October 23, 2026 at 5:00 PM EDT.

Questions must be submitted by October 8, 2026 at 3:00 PM EDT.
