Dean Park Residential Elevation Project

City of Fort Myers - Grants and Special Projects has issued request for statement of qualification, solicitation RSQ 26-072.

The City of Fort Myers (City) requests submittals from interested and qualified Respondents to provide s ite-specific residential elevation design and related services for participating properties. Due to the historic designation of the project area, design services must incorporate historic preservation considerations and ensure compatibility with applicable local, state, and federal requirements.

This project is funded through FEMA's Hazard Mitigation Grant Program and will assist in elevating homes within the Dean Park Area. The topography of the area has varying elevations. Design for these homes must consider the historic nature of the homes as well as the impacts on other homes within the area.

Responses are due October 30, 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT.

Questions must be submitted by October 19, 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT.
