American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) E. 12th Avenue Sidewalk Tree Planting

City of Tampa - Mobility has issued request for quotation, solicitation 26-P-00588.

The City of Tampa Parks & Recreation Department is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to provide tree planting and establishment services for the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) E. 12th Avenue Sidewalk Tree Planting project. The work includes furnishing, installing, and maintaining specified trees along E. 12th Street between N. 15th Street and N. 17th Street in accordance with the attached planting plans, specifications, and maintenance requirements.

The City of Tampa Parks & Recreation Planning and Design Division developed a landscape plan associated with the E. 12th Avenue AARP Sidewalk project. The planting plan identifies tree locations along the E. 12th Street corridor between N. 15th Street and N. 17th Street and includes requirements for installation, protection of existing site conditions, and ongoing plant establishment and maintenance. The purpose of this Request for Quote is to obtain a qualified landscape contractor to complete the tree installation and required one-year maintenance in accordance with the City-approved plans and specifications.
