Engineering Services for Carlton Water Treatment Plant Backup Power Improvements

Sarasota County - Capital Projects has issued general solicitation, solicitation 262903FB.

The County requires a qualified engineering firm to provide engineering services for design, permitting, bid phase services, and services during construction for the Carlton Water Treatment Plant Backup Power Improvements Project. The County expects to award a CCNA Specific Project Agreement to run for the duration of the project. Refer to the Solicitation Documents and Attachments section for minimum qualifications, scope/specifications, and insurance requirements.

The completed project will allow the County to comply with regulatory requirements that require the plant to have backup generators to keep the plant operational in case of power failure(s).

Responses are due October 15, 2026 at 2:30 PM EDT.

Questions must be submitted by October 2, 2026 at 4:00 PM EDT.
