Hamilton County, IN - ISSD has issued solicitation (attach a document), solicitation Orthos-2027.

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to receive proposals for Hamilton County to select a Contractor or Contractors with proven expertise in modern geospatial data acquisition, processing, and delivery capabilities to provide the following professional services for the Hamilton County, Indiana 2027 Aerial Photography and Digital Orthoimagery Project. The 2027 project includes the following key components: Digital Aerial Photography (NADIR): Acquire new four-band NADIR digital aeiral photography and associated data products, Ditigal Orthoimagery: Develop new high-resolution natural color (3-inch pixel) four-band digital orthoimagery data products, Preliminary Unrectified, Georeferenced Images (NADIR): Deliver preliminary raw unrectified images in uncompressed GeoTIFF format delivered within two weeks of acquisition of the aerial imagery, Ground Control: Hamilton County has established over 200 horizontal and vertical ground control points, Aerial Triangulation: Use new aerial trangulation (AT) techniques to extend and densify ground control for the production of digital orthoimagery for 1"=50' scale mapping.

Responses are due October 8, 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT.

Questions must be submitted by September 15, 2026 at 5:00 PM EDT.
