The work to be done under this contract includes: construction of approximately 8,000 SY of concrete separated bike lanes along Massachusetts Street from 23rd Street to 14th Street, pavement reconstruction and rehabilitation (mill/overlay), storm sewer improvements, sidewalk construction, traffic signal improvements, and water service relocations.

Note that relocation by AT&T and Black Hills Energy concurrent with the project will need to be taken into account. AT&T and Black Hills Energy shall be permitted to work within Contractor's temporary traffic control. See Project Special Conditions for further information. Please ask questions as needed.

Responses are due October 13, 2026 at 3:30 PM CDT.

Questions must be submitted by October 2, 2026 at 12:00 PM CDT.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for September 23, 2026 at 9:00 AM CDT at MSO Campus, 1840 O'Connell Rd, Lawrence, KS 66046, Large Break Room No. 102.
