Fire Station 3 is a 1 story fire station built in 1988 (approximate). The current roof is the original and is experiencing many roof leaks due to the degradation of the roof. In this document, under attachments, are the associated stamped drawings and specifics related to the project and requirements.

Responses are due October 9, 2026 at 8:00 AM EDT.

Questions must be submitted by October 2, 2026 at 8:00 AM EDT.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for September 24, 2026 at 10:00 AM EDT at Joanne Cathcart Conference Room Town Hall.
