Baltimore County, Maryland, Division of Procurement Services is seeking Bids for Solar PV System Inspection and Maintenance. Bids are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/baltimorecountymd, no later than 12:00 PM on October 1, 2026. Amendments to solicitations often occur prior to bid opening and sometimes within as little as 48 hours prior to bid opening. Baltimore County is seeking an on-call contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for its existing portfolio of solar PV systems, with additional projects planned in the near future. Baltimore County currently has 3 locations that have operational solar PV systems, as well as 8 future locations to be added to the portfolio. A listing of the current operational sites: Rosedale Recreation Activity Center Sparrows Point New Recreational Facility Woodlawn Senior Center A listing of the future sites: Essex Police Precinct - Expected Completion Date: May 2028 Hereford Senior Center - Expected Completion Date: January 2029 Jacksonville Senior Center - Expected Completion Date: July 2027 New Catonsville Fire Station - Expected Completion Date: February 2028 Wilkens Police Precinct - Expected Completion Date: February 2028 Woodlawn Library - Expected Completion Date: May 2027

Responses are due October 1, 2026 at 12:00 PM EDT.

Questions must be submitted by September 24, 2026 at 12:00 PM EDT.
