The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for furnishing and installing waterproofing systems at various County owned and/or operated facilities within the boundaries of Baltimore County, Maryland on a time and materials basis.

Responses are due November 10, 2026 at 3:00 PM EST.

Questions must be submitted by October 30, 2026 at 12:00 PM EDT.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for October 13, 2026 at 11:00 AM EDT at Webex.
