The awarded proposer will need to obtain a Commercial Alteration Permit.

Responses are due September 25, 2026 at 3:00 PM EDT.

Questions must be submitted by September 14, 2026 at 3:00 PM EDT.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for September 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM EDT at Diggs Pool - 121 W All Saints Street Frederick, MD 21701.
