Door and Window Parts and Installation

County of Frederick, MD - Department of Facility Maintenance has issued request for proposal, solicitation 27-111.

Frederick County, Maryland (hereinafter called the “County”) is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors (hereinafter called the “Contractor”) for door and window installation products and services in accordance with the terms, conditions and specification of this solicitation. These projects are for a one-time nature and occur wherein the delivery times and quantities are indefinite and projects are undefinable. No minimum of work can be guaranteed to any Contractor. Likewise, no minimum number of projects can be guaranteed to any Contractor. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, insurance, supervision, management, reports, incidentals, and quality control, and shall be held solely responsible for all operations necessary and required to each project as defined in each Project.

Responses are due October 20, 2026 at 1:00 PM EDT.

Questions must be submitted by October 9, 2026 at 4:00 PM EDT.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for September 30, 2026 at 9:00 AM EDT at Microsoft Team.
