Greenbelt Road Large Valve Vault Replacement

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC"), is soliciting sealed responses for Greenbelt Road Large Valve Vault Replacement. Responses are to be submitted via WSSC's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater PRIOR TO 2:00 PM on October 15, 2026. Late responses will not be accepted. This project consists of the replacement of approximately 340 feet of 30-inch CIP, a 42-inch PCCP with 9 feet of 30-inch DIP, 331 feet of 42-inch DIP water mains, the installation of a 42-inch water valve vault, and the demolition of an existing 36-inch valve vault. The project is located in a green area between Lakecrest Circle, the intersection of Lakecrest Drive and Greenbelt Road, in Greenbelt, Prince George’s County, Maryland.

Responses are due October 15, 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT.
