The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC"), is soliciting sealed responses for Video Production and Livestreaming Services. Responses are to be submitted via WSSC's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater PRIOR TO 2:00 PM on October 7, 2026. Late responses will not be accepted. The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC Water) Procurement Office seeks a qualified and experienced firm to provide professional video production, editing, livestream meeting operations through Microsoft Teams and Granicus for external and internal stakeholders, and related multimedia communication services. The seamless livestreaming of all meetings is a vital part of the organization's commitment to excellent communication and transparency to all stakeholders.

WSSC Water Video Production and Livestreaming services may include on and off-site location production, studio production, post-production editing, livestreaming support, and digital delivery of completed multimedia products. These services will support WSSC Water's public outreach, education, employee engagement, infrastructure, emergency communications, and promotional initiatives. WSSC Water hosts monthly internal live streamed events and approximately eleven (11) public facing Commission meetings throughout the year.

Responses are due October 7, 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT.
