The selected consultant will be responsible for identifying and developing preliminary designs and cost estimates to support the City's development of the plaza. The selected consultant will be eligible to compete for the subsequent full design and construction documents contract.

The City conducted a comprehensive plan update which identified this parcel as a site for community events, farmers markets, etc. The city worked with East-West Gateway and the Great Streets program to come up with a conceptual design for the property.

Responses are due October 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM CDT.

Questions must be submitted by October 9, 2026 at 12:00 PM CDT.
