THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY (HEREAFTER, THE "AUTHORITY" OR "NYPA") INVITES YOU TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL TO FURNISHING ALL PLANT, SUPERVISION, LABOR, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT (EXCEPT FOR SERVICES, MATERIALS, AND/OR EQUIPMENT TO BE FURNISHED BY OTHERS AS SPECIFICALLY REFERRED TO IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS), AND PERFORMING ALL OPERATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE DESIGN, FABRICATION, SHOP TESTING, SHIPPING, ASSEMBLING, FIELD TESTING, INSPECTION AND PROVIDING COMMISSIONING AUPPOIRT OF EQUIPMENTS FOR EVSE PROJECTS ON AN EXPEDITED DELIVERY BASIS FOR NYPA’S CUSTOMERS WITHIN NEW YORK STATE. TYPICAL EVSE PROJECTS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO L2/DCFC FLEET CHARGING, L2/DCFC WORKPLACE CHARGING, TRANSIT OR SCHOOL BUS CHARGING, PUBLIC L2/DCFC CHARGING, ELECTRIC GROUND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT CHARGING, CURBSIDE CHARGING, WIRELESS CHARGING, AND REMOTE/OFF GRID CHARGING AS SET FORTH IN THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND DIVISION-1 LOCATED IN THE RFP. FIRMS/ENTITIES ARE HEREBY DIRECTED TO MAKE USE OF THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY'S WEBSITE AT WWW.NYPA.GOV IN ORDER TO OBTAIN INSTRUCTIONS ON PARTICIPATING IN SUBMITTING COMPANY INFORMATION THROUGH ARIBA. COMMENSURATE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT. FURTHER DETAILS ON QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS CAN BE FOUND IN THE SCOPE OF WORK.
