THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY (NYPA) REQUIRES THE SERVICES OF A QUALIFIED, EXPERIENCED, AND PROPERLY CREDENTIALED CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE TURNKEY SERVICES THROUGHOUT NEW YORK STATE. THE PURPOSE OF THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL IS TO OBTAIN A CONTRACTOR(S) FOR TURNKEY (DESIGN, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, START-UP, AND SERVICE), INSTALLATION ONLY, HARDWARE ONLY, DCFC WITH INTEGRATED STORAGE, AND BUS CHARGING OF ELECTRIC VEHICLE SUPPLY EQUIPMENT ("EVSE") AT SITES IN NYS. THESE INCLUDE LEVEL 2 CHARGERS (19.2KW MAXIMUM RATED POWER) AND LEVEL 3 DC FAST CHARGERS ("DCFC", RATED POWER OUTPUT FROM 25 KW TO 400KW+). THE SELECTED CONTRACTOR MUST FURNISH ALL LABOR, SUPERVISION, MANAGEMENT, ENGINEERING, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS (WHERE APPLICABLE), TRAVEL, DOCUMENTATION, AND INCIDENTALS NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE REQUIRED WORK. BIDDERS ARE HEREBY DIRECTED TO MAKE USE OF THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY'S WEBSITE AT WWW.NYPA.GOV IN ORDER TO OBTAIN INSTRUCTIONS ON PARTICIPATING IN THE BIDDING PROCESS THROUGH ARIBA. BIDDERS OBTAINING BID DOCUMENTS FROM SOURCES OTHER THAN NYPA ARIBA DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. COMMENSURATE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT. FURTHER DETAILS ON QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS CAN BE FOUND IN THE BID DOCUMENTS. THIS CONTRACT MAY BE FULFILLED BY A SUBCONTRACT, JOINT VENTURE OR CO-PRODUCTION ARRANGEMENT.
