THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY (HEREAFTER, THE "AUTHORITY" OR NYPA") INVITES YOU TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL TO FURNISH AND DELIVER HV ELECTRICAL CABLE, SPLICES AND TERMINATIONS AS OUTLINED IN THE ARIBA EVENT AND BID DOCUMENTS FOR THE AUTHORITY'S POLETTI POWER PLANT IN ASTORIA, NY. Bidders are hereby directed to make use of the New York Power Authority's website at www.nypa.gov to obtain instructions on participating in the bidding process through Ariba. Bidders obtaining bid documents from sources other than NYPA Ariba do so at their own risk.
