COMMENSURATE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT. FURTHER DETAILS ON QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS CAN BE FOUND IN THE SCOPE OF WORK. MBE: 15 WBE: 15 SDVOB: 6 Bid Schedule: 1.
