The Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at this time at the City Hall. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Hard copy bid submittals only in addressed envelopes or packages addressed as follows: "City of Idabel, Attn: City Clerk, Idabel City Hall, Attention: Bid Enclosed - ODOT Utility Relocation". All envelopes and packages must clearly identify the project name on the OUTSIDE cover where it can be identified as a bid submittal.
