Competitive sealed bids must be received at the Aransas County Courthouse no later than 2:00 PM Central Time on Tuesday, October 13, 2026. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. The bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 PM in the second-floor conference room. No bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the scheduled bid opening.
A pre-bid meeting is set for Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 2:00 PM CDT, Aransas County Courthouse, 308 N. Live Oak Street, 2nd Floor Conference Room, Rockport, TX 78382.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the location indicated above. Representatives of Aransas County and Garver will be available to discuss the Project. Attendance is encouraged but is not required to submit a bid. A site visit will follow the pre-bid conference. Bidders are responsible for arranging their own transportation to the project site.

Bids must include 5% bid security and the required Qualifications Statement. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds equal to 100% of the Contract Price, the required warranty bond, and proof of insurance. Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements apply. The Work must be completed within 26 weeks after the Effective Date of the Contract. Liquidated damages are $500 per day, and bids will remain valid for 60 days after opening. Section 3, minority-owned, small, and women-owned businesses are encouraged to participate.
