Thomas Park & Surrounding Streets (GMP#1) - Sub Bid

The project includes a multi-component public infrastructure and park improvement project. Phase 1 (GMP#1) of this project includes: improvements at Mabel Clare Thomas Park and storm water improvements at Kyle Avenue. -- Site improvements include (but are not limited to): mass grading, demolition, SWPPP, tree protection, landscape/hardscape/irrigation, site utilities & infrastructure upgrades, concrete paving & sidewalks, concrete foundations & retaining walls, concrete sandblasting & custom concrete graphics, lighting & power, pedestrian bridge, playground equipment, PIP play surfacing, athletic equipment, athletic court resurfacing, custom metal drainage grates, park signage, park furnishings & amenities. -- Phase 1 of this project also includes a new pavilion and a new restroom building that include (but are not limited to): concrete foundations, structural steel, masonry, waterproofing, metal roofing, doors, finishes, toilet accessories, louvers, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm. -- Refer to project documents for more information. (Phase 2 [GMP#2] will include the redevelopment of James Parkway, Puryear Drive, and Francis Drive) -- All questions for Phase 1 shall be submitted online via Civcast (www.Civcast.com). The deadline for submitting questions is Friday, October 9th, 2026 at 5:00pm. -- All proposals for Phase 1 shall be submitted online via Civcast (www.Civcast.com). The deadline for submitting proposals is WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 21st, 2026 at 2:00pm. Only .pdf files will be accepted. In addition to detailed costs, bidding contractors shall also include an "estimated calendar days to complete" for all scopes included on proposal submission. Bidding contractors shall also provide bonding information for consideration during proposal evaluations.
