COASTAL WATER AUTHORITY AIR VACUUM VALVE COATINGS Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 a.m., local time, on Thursday, October 1, 2026 , by the Coastal Water Authority (CWA), located at 1801 Main Street, Suite 800, Houston, Texas 77002, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Items or Services: This project is located along CWA’s A-System Pipeline near Deer Park, Texas. The scope of work includes the removal of the existing exterior coating system, surface preparation, and application of a new protective coating system to CWA’s existing air valves located above ground and within vaults and manways. All work shall be performed in accordance with CWA’s written requirements and specifications. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the work in a safe, professional, and workmanlike manner. Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at CWA’s Lynchburg Pump Station on September 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CST, located at 908 Independence Parkway N, Baytown, Texas 77520. Bidders are required to attend. See Section 1.3 of the Technical Specifications for additional information and requirements regarding the pre-bid meeting. Bids must be submitted on the Official Bid Form provided in the Bid Documents. Bids must be clearly marked on exterior of bid envelope as: “ SEALED BID, 2026-A-AVC ”. Bid Documents (including specifications) may be obtained from Civcast ( www.civcast.com ).
