SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICES

Ector County - Environmental Enforcement has issued invitation for bid, solicitation 2026-IFB-134.

Ector County is requesting bids on SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICES. Sealed or Electronic Bids addressed to Ector County Purchasing Agent, Andrea Moralez, will be received by 2:00 PM CST on September 23, 2026. Any bids received after bid closing time will not be accepted. Ector County requests that Respondents use the OpenGov softwarehttps://www.co.ector.tx.us/page/ector.opengovbidsandproposals in order to submit your response. However, the County will accept hard copies of responses. All bids should be received either electronically, or at the location below by the deadline. If Bidder chooses to submit a Hard copy, it must be delivered in a sealed envelope with a return address and clearly marked " SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICES " The Bidder's firm name shall appear on the outside of the envelope. Deadline for bid submission is 2:00 PM CST on September 23, 2026. Location for hard copy submittal is Ector County Purchasing Department, 1010 E 8th Street, Suite 110, Odessa, TX 79761.

Ector County is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and properly permitted contractors to provide municipal solid waste disposal services. The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, facilities, permits, and resources necessary to accept and dispose of municipal solid waste delivered by the County in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Responses are due September 23, 2026 at 2:00 PM CDT.

Questions must be submitted by September 11, 2026 at 5:00 PM CDT.
