The work includes construction of a fourteen-foot (14') diameter concrete lift station wet well complete with three (3) submersible pumps with all accessories, riser piping, valves, and supports; protective coatings, drum scrubber odor control system; bollards; demolition and replacement of hose bibb and hose rack at the existing lift station; grout fill and abandonment of the existing 21” PVC sanitary sewer to the existing lift station; facility start-up in its entirety; installation of new utility electrical service and meter rack; relocation and modifications to the existing lift station control panel; electrical manholes; underground duct banks with wires and conduits; wires and conduits to the electrical rack and lift station control panel; terminal boxes and instrumentation at the lift station; demolition of aboveground electrical items at the existing lift station; grounding; delivery, assembly and lease of the 510,000 gallon per day (gpd) interim packaged wastewater treatment plant facilities in a bullseye configuration, with all accessories, equipment, piping, concrete plant foundation and related concrete pads, etc, for a complete and operational system; 350kW (minimum) generator with fuel tank, concrete foundation and walkway platforms; automatic transfer switch; and electrical distribution rack and equipment including concrete foundation, modifications to existing Train No. 1; demolition work at the existing lift station; site work; yard piping and manholes; and the effluent sampler concrete pad.
