The scope for the project will include for drainage improvements that will consist of removing and replacing existing concrete pavers to provide positive drainage, installation of storm drain lines w/connections, installation of underground storage, and grading. GC must note that the Oleander’s site is an occupied site so continued site operation and resident safety will be paramount.
