CULP, P.E., dculp@tlstx.com . A NON-MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 p.m., September 24, 2026 , remotely and at the Engineer’s office listed above. The successful bidder shall execute the Contract and furnish required Bonds and insurance certificates within seven (7) days after receipt of the Contract Documents.
