In accordance with Texas Education Code, Section 51.783, the University of Houston (“Owner”) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals (each, a “Proposal”) from qualified firms (each a “Respondent”) for UH Campus Recreation & Wellness Center (522 CRWC) Chiller Replacement Project (the “Project”), located at 4500 University Dr., Houston, TX 77204  === A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for Friday, September 11, 2026 at 9:00 AM CT at 4500 University Dr, Houston, TX 77004 at the Rotunda Classroom #1004.  The room is easily accessible from the main entrances on University Dr. or MLK. Failure to attend the mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit will result in disqualification.  Visitor Parking: https://www.uh.edu/parking/parking-on-campus/visitor/  == University of Houston bid openings will be reviewed and completed solely through the JAGGAER Sourcing Event Portal.
