INVITATION FOR BIDS KELLY LANE PHASE 1 ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS – GRADING / UTILITIES / PAVING Sealed bids will be received in a sealed envelope addressed to Van Alstyne Land Investment LLC on behalf of Van Alstyne Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Grayson County, Texas (“Owner”) in the office of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. (“Engineer”) at 6160 Warren Parkway, Suite 210, Frisco, Texas 75034 until 2:00 p.m. on October 6, 2026, for the work necessary to construct roadway improvements for Kelly Lane in Van Alstyne, Texas ETJ. Their engineer, Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. will then publicly open and read the received bids. Contracts will be awarded for grading, utility and paving work separately. Certified/Cashier’s check or acceptable bidder’s bonds, payment without recourse to Owner in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of total bid submitted must accompany bid. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities. An optional pre-bid conference call will be conducted on September 15, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. This meeting will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams. Call in information is available on CivCast.
