Rehabilitation of Sun Chase Park Lift Station entails installation of two cast-in-place base manholes, a bypass tee manhole, two sets of additional riser pipe supports, additional electrical equipment, and an equipment slab, and replacement of the submersible pumps, control panel, swing check valves, plug valves, an air release valve, a flap valve, existing riser pipe supports, and wet well guide rails. It also entails blasting and recoating the interior of the wet well, riser pipes within the wet well, riser pipes within the valve vault, and the covers for both the valve vault and wet well, rerouting air release valve piping, cleaning out and disposing of sand and sludge from the lift station, and bypass pumping.
