City of Palo Alto is requesting a PRE-QUALIFICATION QUESTIONNAIRE to be completed, uploaded and then will be evaluated to confirm your company is eligible to provide substation transformers. Once all questionnaires are reviewed and scored you will be notified by email on the outcome if you are qualified or not.

City of Palo Alto is interested in purchasing six (6), 20/26/34 MVA, 115/60-12.47Y/7.2 kV Substation Transformers.

Responses are due September 25, 2026 at 3:00 PM PDT.
