They must be received by 3:00 PM, October 1, 2026. Late bids will not be accepted. Please allow sufficient time for uploading of documents. The bid opening will be electronic, all submitted bids will be viewable by the public via OpenGov immediately after bid close time.

Responses are due October 1, 2026 at 3:00 PM PDT.

Questions must be submitted by September 4, 2026 at 3:00 PM PDT.
