Purchase and Delivery of Seven Refrigerated Trucks

Fontana Unified School District - Food Services has issued request for proposal, solicitation 26/27-0010.

Board of Education of the Fontana Unified School District will receive sealed proposals for Purchase and Delivery of Seven Refrigerated Trucks, under RFP No. 26/27-0010 in accordance with the attached specifications, through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/fusd, no later than 2:00 PM on October 5, 2026.

The District's Child Nutrition Department provides meal service and food distribution to schools and facilities throughout the District as part of the National School Lunch Program, School Breakfast Program, Summer Feeding Program, and other Child Nutrition initiatives. To support the safe and efficient transportation of perishable food products while maintaining required food safety standards and temperature controls, the District seeks to modernize and enhance its delivery fleet through the procurement of seven (7) new refrigerated trucks. These vehicles will be used for daily distribution operations and must provide reliable performance, operational efficiency, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Responses are due October 5, 2026 at 2:00 PM PDT.

Questions must be submitted by September 23, 2026 at 12:00 PM PDT.
