City of Pueblo - Public Works has issued public improvement invitation for bid, solicitation 26-038 (PL2201); CDOT M086-089 (25192).

In general, this project will consist of.

The Westside Trail project focuses on enhancing multimodal connectivity, safety, and accessibility within the Westside neighborhood. The project includes the construction of a multi-use trail along the Wildhorse Creek from 18th Street to 24th Street and is intended to accommodate pedestrians, cyclists, and other non-motorized users while providing safe connections to adjacent neighborhoods, schools, parks, and regional trail systems. Key elements of the project include grading and drainage design, ADA-compliant access points, and integration with existing infrastructure. The Westside Trail also supports broader community goals by promoting active transportation, reducing vehicle dependency, and contributing to overall quality of life
