This contract will be funded by the Environmental Protection Agency, thus Federal Labor Standards Provisions, including the prevailing wage requirements of the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts will be enforced as applicable.

Responses are due October 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM EDT.

Questions must be submitted by September 29, 2026 at 4:00 PM EDT.
