City of Edgewater, Florida - Parks and Recreation has issued invitation to bid, solicitation ITB 26-PR-07.

The City of Edgewater will be seeking qualified and experienced contractors with demonstrated skills and experience to demo and dispose (onsite) the existing chain-link fencing system and install new black vinyl-coated chain-link fencing in a mirror-image configuration matching the existing layout, elevations, and gate locations. Backstops are NOT part of this solicitation.

Hawks Park Baseball Complex is located at 1108 S Ridgewood Ave, Edgewater, FL 32132 (behind the Leisure Services building, down by the YMCA). This is a public city park and may be accessed during regular operating hours. The City serves an area of 25 square miles with a population of approximately 24,981. The City’s fiscal year begins on October 1st and ends on September 30th. The Finance Department maintains the funds and accounts of the City. The Finance Department is responsible for the custody and accounting of funds of each department. More detailed information on the government and its finances can be found in City of Edgewater’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Report and in the City’s Annual Budget. Copies of these documents may be viewed on www.cityofedgewater.org. The City of Edgewater is exempt from any and all state, local, and federal taxes.
