Ocean Center - Exclusive Professional Audio-Visual Services for Convention Center Meetings and Events

County of Volusia - Ocean Center has issued request for statement of qualifications, solicitation 26-SQ-112JRD.

The Volusia County Ocean Center (hereinafter "Ocean Center" or "Facility") is issuing this Request for Statement of Qualifications (RSQ) to identify and select a single, qualified audio-visual (A/V) firm to serve as the exclusive provider of audio-visual services for all convention and meeting events held at the Ocean Center. The selected Contractor will serve as a strategic hospitality partner, delivering professional, full-service A/V solutions to event clients while maintaining the service standards and business objectives of the Ocean Center.

The Ocean Center is a full-service convention and event facility located in Daytona Beach, Florida. The Facility hosts a broad range of conventions, trade shows, corporate meetings, association events, and banquets throughout the year. The primary event spaces are described below: Venue Space Square Footage Typical Use Arena 42,146 sq. ft. Large conventions, trade expos, general sessions Exhibit Hall 93,028 sq. ft. Trade shows, consumer expos, large exhibitions Ballroom 14,000 sq. ft. Banquets, galas, corporate dinners, breakout general sessions Meeting/Breakout Rooms (32 rooms) 32,000 sq. ft. total Seminars, workshops, board meetings, breakout sessions Floor plans of the Facility have been included as Exhibit B to this solicitation.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for August 27, 2026 at 3:00 PM EDT at Ocean Center Meeting Room: Ocean Room 101 N Atlantic Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32118 Attendees shall report to the Security Office (north side of building) near the Exhibit Hall parking lot for entry.
