Teledyne ISCO is the sole manufacturer authorized to provide compatible parts and services for the existing equipment.

DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management’s (DWM) Wastewater Collection and Transmission System (WCTS) includes an estimated 2,600 miles of sanitary sewer lines, 66 lift stations and 70,000 manholes. Per the Consent Decree (CD) entered with the United States Environmental Protection Agency and Georgia Environmental Protection Division, the County maintains a System-wide Flow and Rainfall Monitoring Program. On average, the County maintains 300 flow monitors and 40 rain gauges used for model calibration, to quantify sanitary sewer overflow (SSO) volumes, identify areas of high I/I, provide flow data for design and construction, etc. This contract is to provide parts and equipment associated with the flow monitors and rain gauges as well as any training and support needed, and associated software and licenses.
